- Location data from the Garuda app when you grant permission (used only for live shipment tracking)

- Verify your identity and business credentials before activating your account
- Enable transporters and companies to connect, communicate and transact on the platform
- Process bookings, quotations and payments
- Provide live shipment tracking through the Garuda app
- Send transactional notifications, booking confirmations and platform updates

- With the other party in a confirmed booking (transporter or company) to facilitate the transaction

Once a booking is confirmed between a transporter and a company, relevant contact and shipment details are shared between both parties to enable the logistics operation. Maarglogix does not control the use of this information after it is shared between the two parties.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage, which complies with international data protection standards. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by applicable law.
While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your information, no internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
