Maarglogix is a logistics marketplace platform. Our role is to facilitate connections between transporters and companies. We provide the technology, verification infrastructure and communication tools that enable both parties to find each other, exchange quotations and confirm bookings.
Once a booking is confirmed between a transporter and a company, the contractual and operational responsibility for the transportation of goods rests entirely with the transporter and the company involved. Maarglogix does not assume any legal, financial or operational liability for the movement, safety, delay, damage, loss or non-delivery of goods after a booking is confirmed.
The role of Maarglogix is complete at the point of booking confirmation. Any disputes, claims or losses arising from the actual transportation of goods must be resolved directly between the transporter and the company.

The platform enables route discovery, quotation submission, booking confirmation and shipment tracking. It does not itself provide transportation services, own vehicles or employ drivers.

As a transporter registered on Maarglogix, you agree that:

Bookings are confirmed when a company accepts a transporter's quotation on the platform. Both parties are then bound by the agreed terms of that booking.
Payments processed through Maarglogix are held securely and released to the transporter upon confirmation of delivery. Maarglogix acts as a payment facilitator only. In cases of dispute, both parties must submit evidence through the platform for review. Maarglogix may facilitate mediation but is not responsible for the final outcome of any commercial dispute.
Pricing for routes and bookings is set by transporters. Maarglogix does not fix or regulate freight rates and is not responsible for any pricing disputes between parties.

The platform is provided "as is". While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or available at all times.
Maarglogix reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion if:
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting us. Any pending bookings or payments at the time of closure will be managed in accordance with the individual booking terms.
All content on the Maarglogix platform including the brand name, logo, design, software and text is the intellectual property of Maarglogix. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Maarglogix may update these Terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
