Set up route & fuel pumps

Before the trip begins, the transporter adds authorised petrol pumps on the specific route — including pump name, location and UPI ID. They also set the total fuel advance limit and the auto-approval threshold for the trip.

Activate driver dashboard

Once the vehicle arrives at the company premises, either the Company or the Transporter activates the Driver Dashboard using the Trip Activation page. The driver receives their Trip ID and dashboard access instantly.

Driver requests fuel at pump

On the route, the driver sees all authorised pumps on their dashboard with distance indicators. At the pump, the driver taps "Request Fuel", selects the amount and submits. The system sends an instant payment request.

💳 Auto / Transporter

Payment approved & released

Requests within the auto-approval limit are paid instantly to the pump's UPI ID. Larger amounts go to the transporter for manual approval. All transactions are logged and visible on the transporter dashboard.

Transporters have full control — set an automatic limit for small amounts and approve larger requests manually.

Any fuel request below the auto-approval threshold set by the transporter is paid instantly to the pump's UPI ID — no waiting, no calls needed.

Manual Approval

Any request above the threshold is sent to the transporter dashboard as a notification. The transporter reviews and approves or rejects with one tap.
